Hell’s Hole is actually a trail head near Mt. Evans where we decided to explore the changing leaves. The colors were amazing especially because of the light rain that seemed to sprinkle saturation on the fall setting. The second part of this video was shot at the Garden of the Gods near Colorado Springs. This half of the video became emotional for me because my grandfather played his piano at this location many years ago for a Easter Service. The piano in this piece matched with these images of these great monuments is my humble tribute to his creativity and his life of service and inspiration even after many years of his passing. I wanted to get there early for sunrise and I am glad I did.

Elk sighting at the infamous Stanley Hotel?? I am not sure it’s true or not, but the other photographer in this shot said he had been shooting here for several days, and is a local to Estes Park, and he was amazed at the elk grazing here on this beautiful January day. Not sure if I believe him, but enjoyed their company in my shot.

Elk sunbathing in Estes Park, Colorado.  He was definitely not afraid of me or my camera.

My splendid weekend in Estes Park Colorado.  Home of Stanley Kubrick “The Shining”

Picture Jack peeking out through the pillars…

Had to pull my camera out and give it a little ArtisinResidence.
